Delivery Timeframes and Free Shipping:
- Most orders arrive within 3-5 days, counting from Monday to Sunday.
- All orders enjoy free shipping, irrespective of the number of items.
- The actual delivery duration may fluctuate based on the address and peak shipping times.
Return Restrictions:
- Our delivery partners accept returns of So What...? items only in their original packaging. Avoid adding other items; non-compliance may result in us or our partner rejecting the return.
Order Handling:
- We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. However, during sales, this might stretch to 72 hours.
- Post-dispatch, order cancellations or redirections are not allowed.
- If you're unavailable at the time of delivery and someone else receives your order on your behalf, you'd be responsible for the received package.
Clarifications:
- After two unsuccessful delivery attempts or if communication falters, So What...? may choose to cancel the order.
- If your order's packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please decline the delivery and notify our support team.
