Delivery Timeframes & Free Shipping

Return Restrictions

Our delivery partners accept returns of So What...? items only in their original packaging. Avoid adding other items; non-compliance may result in us or our partner rejecting the return.

Order Handling

1. We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. However, during sales, this might stretch to 72 hours.
2. Post-dispatch, order cancellations or redirections are not allowed.
3. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery and someone else receives your order on your behalf, you'd be responsible for the received package.

Clarifications

1. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts or if communication falters, So What...? may choose to cancel the order.
2. If your order's packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please decline the delivery and notify our support team.
