Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
General Guidelines:
- We offer a 15 day return & exchange window from the date of delivery.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying items (like tags, trims, etc.) and the original invoice.
- Worn or damaged items won't qualify for refund or exchange.
- Exchanges are free for the first time; subsequent exchanges will incur shipping charges.
Process & Timeframe:
- The reverse pickup takes 3-4 days, depending on the PIN code.
- After we receive the returned product (usually in 7-8 days), it undergoes a quality check.
- Post quality verification, we process refunds or exchanges.
Return Methods:
- Reverse Pickup: Available in most locations.
- Self-Ship: If reverse pickup isn't an option, send the item back to us and share the courier receipt.
Exchange & Refunds:
- If you swap an item for one of lesser value, the difference will be refunded as a coupon code.
- Sale category products are exchange-only based on size availability.
Refund Policy:
- To qualify for a return, items should be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- After the quality check, we'll notify you of the refund status.
- Refunds will be to the original payment method within 3-7 days.
Noted Exceptions:

- Sale items are exchange only.
- For product exchanges from the sale category, the amount paid by the customer will be adjusted against the exchanged product.
