Return & Refund Policy

General Guidelines

  1. We offer a 15 day return & exchange window from the date of delivery.
  2. Products should be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying items (like tags, trims, etc.) and the original invoice.
  3. Worn or damaged items won't qualify for refund or exchange.
  4. Exchanges are free for the first time; subsequent exchanges will incur shipping charges.

Process & Timeframe

  1. The reverse pickup takes 3-4 days, depending on the PIN code.
  2. After we receive the returned product (usually in 7-8 days), it undergoes a quality check.
  3. Post quality verification, we process refunds or exchanges.

Return Methods

  1. Reverse Pickup: Available in most locations.
  2. Self-Ship: If reverse pickup isn't an option, send the item back to us and share the courier receipt.

Exchange & Refunds

  1. If you swap an item for one of lesser value, the difference will be refunded as a coupon code.
  2. Sale category products are exchange-only based on size availability.

Refund Policy

  1. To qualify for a return, items should be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  2. After the quality check, we'll notify you of the refund status.
  3. Refunds will be to the original payment method within 3-7 days.

Noted Exceptions

  1. If your refund seems delayed, contact us at support@sowhatfashion.com
  2. Sale items are exchange only.
  3. For product exchanges from the sale category, the amount paid by the customer will be adjusted against the exchanged product.
